The customer agrees to receive VAT invoices from FH Rafał Karp in electronic form, which will be sent from the following e-mail addresses: handel@fhrafalkarp.pl or mcabala@fhrafalkarp.pl. Thus, the customer agrees to send VAT invoices in a PDF file. When technical possibilities do not allow him to do so, he is obliged to receive the above in paper form. The client knows his rights and knows about the possibility of withdrawing the consent, which will result in the loss of the right to send invoices in electronic form by FH Rafał Karp - this will happen within 3 days of receiving the form with the withdrawn consent. At the same time, the Contractor declares that he has been informed about the possibility of withdrawing the above consent at any time, as a result of which FH Rafał Karp will lose the right to send invoices in electronic form, starting from the third day after the day on which he receives his notification about the withdrawal of acceptance.
FH Rafał Karp agrees to receive VAT invoices from contractors in electronic form - these will be sent to the e-mail address handel@fhrafalkarp.pl or mcabala@fhrafalkarp.pl. In addition, the company agrees to receive invoices in a PDF file and undertakes to accept them in paper form, if electronic sending is not possible. FH Rafał Karp reserves the right to withdraw the above consent - thus the other party will lose the right to send invoices in electronic form. This will take place within 3 days of the termination of consent.
